I have to do intense black belt training every saturday morning at 7:00. There's about five other guys there (all younger than me) all working out with me, because they're going to be black belts too. And then my coach comes and a couple parents. But tomorrow, this guy that I like is coming to help (he's already a black belt). So here's the problem, I'm always beet red, drenched in sweat, and an overall mess after those things. How do I keep my composure with him there? Please help?
