Should I get a pixie haircut?

Question

Okay, I know that it's nearing winter, and I'm getting particularly aggravated with my long hair. It's not manageable whatsoever.

So... I've been thinking I should cut it since I sincerely haven't had a haircut in literally like four years or so. (I mean, I've had like half an inch cut off every so often, but nothing too drastic)

The bottoms look pretty fried, personally. And I nevvverrr comb my hair, so it usually resembles a bird's nest...

So, what do you think? Would it look better shorter, and do I even have the right facial structure to pull this off?

if you are just getting sick of having long hair, you should go for a "bob" first. you have a heart shaped face and could really pull off something like this: http://www.dailymakeover.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/Brittany_Snow.jpg



or if you really want to have a pixie cut, try something that has a more feminine glean to it. there are assorted types of pixie cuts and some are very masculine, and some are very feminine- depends on what type of style you are going for. talk to the stylist and make sure she understands what type of look you are going for whether it be edgy, flirty, or sexy...

Yeah go for it...your hair will grow back in time. I have almost waist length hair and I know how you feel. I'm going to cut my hair into a stylish pixie after I'm done with school.

it may look cute but I wouldn't sugest going so short so quick try a bob cut first most people who get a pixie come here later to ask how they can get their hair to grow faster... A bob is more in style and still manageable and easy to take care of... your hair is really pretty though it would be easy to take care of if you pu in layers and got a tapered cut in the front.

I dont understand what to say but, long hair is cute but you keep flicking your hair up so you can see, short hair is cool as well as you dont have to flick your hair up at all
