Personality? Intelligence?
Maybe something wild like that, in addition to good looks. I mean, yeah, soft, clean-looking skin is nice. That's just something that comes from having basic hygiene habits, the same way that guys who work out have big muscles. Soft hair is nice as well, but that's because nobody wants to touch some girl's hair and come off with their fingers all slimy. I'd assume the same thing applies to girls when they get all creepy and start petting some guy's hair.
As for long, painted fingers nails... Yuck? Maybe I'm the exception in the male community, but I think long nails in general are flat-out disgusting, with painting only making them stand out further. We do know that finger nails are essentially dead skin, right?
My point in saying all of this is that while guys are attracted to a woman's appearance (duh), there's other "subtle" facts that come into play. I wouldn't get into a relationship with a girl who looked like a supermodel if she weren't able to point out Russia on a world map.
Don't go for guys who value you just because of the way you look. Go for a guy who likes you for that, in addition to other, non-superficial characteristics. Otherwise, you're not going to be anything more than a sex toy.
