what age do you start feeling "old"?

at what age do you start feeling old, I'm 19 and I don't feel old..I still feel somewhat young.

When I turned 60. I started feeling effects of 'old', when July 4th, I started having Vertigo.



It turned out, I get them more when I'm eating corn, it's from the GMO.



My 5 years old grand daughter had this weird 'look', that even her mom said: "when did my little girl started to get old?"

I cant believe some of the answers- some people are saying they are in their teens or twenties and feeling old? HA! I found this question because I have been starting to feel the effects of aging lately, and it's really sad. I am 36, will be 37 in 2 months. I have always felt that I looked younger than my age, acted younger, felt younger, but this year has really started feeling different. My way of thinking is even changing. My looks are starting to change, which is difficult to accept, because of course, I am one of those people who never thought I'd even "change" or start to look old. It really is a huge eye-opener, and it makes you think a lot about life and is this really where I want to be"? I can't recover as fast as I could before from colds, or hangovers, etc. This is really depressing!! :(

By my experience, that changes constantly. The first time I said "I feel old" was when I was 24. Now I'm 45, in some of the best shape of my life physically and financially, and party and live more than I did when I was 24.
