I'm a guy. Personally, I'd be a bit annoyed by a woman who was worried about whether or not her toenails were painted. I'd think she was just a bit too much into herself. I'd rather have a woman with a brain, a heart, a conscience, and a cause than one that worried about her toenails. But that's just me.

If they're done professionally or at least really well, yes they're very sexy. I think they're only unattractive when there's polish all around the edges of her toes and what not ;)
