Am I a Yay or nay? Rate?

Id like to know mainly from a guys perspective. Am I a yay or a nay? Rate? And I'm not those prissy girls trying to ask for attention, but what do you think?:)

I got alot of rude comments before about this, so Before you say I wear too much makeup, don't go there because I only wear eyeliner and mascara. And in the second pic, the school bathroom makes my face look discolored and rainbowy. But here (: if you're going to put rude additional details that I don't care about and that I didn't ask for, don't waste your time because it will be deleted.
