Are you allowed to dye your hair? I'd put in pink streaks or a bow or something and wear jewelry. While it does specify the color of certain garments, it does not specify what material so you could mix it up a little there. Tuck your shirt differently, if it's a large button up you could tie the bottom front edges together. If it's super sunny sometimes wearing a hat to protect your skin counts as a "medical reason". For shoes I'd try to get cute black flats with a bow or a very slight shimmer, or the felt oxford type shoes from Ross. You could try different combinations, like it's not typical to wear full coverage tights with shorts ect.

Stuff like that. DON'T OVER DO IT!!! Little bit of gloss, small necklace, stuff like that. Go big or go home should not apply in this situation.
