Makeover Question (pic included)?

Question

My hair is always frizzy and I`ve had the same style for 4 years now. Maybe a better shampoo/conditioner is needed? Would you change the hair style? Curl it? Add bangs? Dye it?
I just want to be pretty and confident enough to go outside without feeling 'bookworm/nerdy' (as many people think people with glasses are) or make people think i`m trying to be gothy/emo. I`m not, i just prefer glasses over contacts and can`t wear wire rimmed glasses so these were my next choice.

4) when you go out just smile even if something is wrong

5) try some make up

I think you should lighten your hair up a little. Maybe try adding some highlights and that should brighten up your face alot. Waxing your eyebrows and using green or brown eye shadow will also make your eyes pop. I agree with Tiffanyr's choice of hairstyle for you. Also try smiling more. Wearing close that fit your body will also help give you self-confidence. Hope i helped :)

aww, don't be so down on yourself. remember that a smile is your best accessory! anyways, on to answer the question: i suggest getting a haircut somewhat like this: http://gas13.ru/v3/tutorials/hair9.jpg but i'd keep the color you have, it's very pretty and looks good with your skin tone and eyes. (also, that green shirt looks great on you!)

umm i would die the har i would grow it out nd change it to a maybe red wit blonde streaks not heavy streaks jus a couple umm nd u could keep the glasses nd change into the sexy librarian i think u just need to b confident wit urself becuz u r really pretty all u have to do is wear wat u want or wat u think is sexy nd dats it
